We usually shipped within two business days. All orders are shipped from Singapore and you will receive an email confirmation regarding your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do international shipping. However, we currently limit the destination country to Malaysia, Vietnam and Australia. You can drop us an email at sales@onesports.sg if your country is not mentioned and we will work out the delivery fee for you.

Import Taxes

Do note that international customers are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes, which may be levied once your package reaches your country. These fees are determined by customs officials and are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for your country’s regulations on duties and taxes. We will not be responsible for the unsuccessful delivery of the order. Cancelling of order and reshipment will also not be done.

Can I return my products?

We know there might be occasion where you buy something on an impulse. Goods sold are non-refundable but exchangeable in original condition (sealed and unused) within 7 days upon purchase. You will need to return at your own expenses to our HQ. Kindly retain your receipt/invoice for verification purposes.

Can I exchange my products?

We will only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. Kindly write in to us at sales@onesports.sg about your defective products (showing proof of packing label together with the carton box) and we will follow up on this issue.

Is ONE Laundry Capsules safe for all fabrics (not just activewear)?

Yes. How do I use the Laundry Capsules?

Don't waste time measuring liquid detergent. Try our Laundry Capsules for clean, fuss-free laundry days. Simply throw one capsule into your drum prior to loading clothes (front or top loader). 1 capsule can wash less than 7kg load of clothes. 2 capsules for more than 7kg

The capsule so small, are you sure my clothes will be clean after washing?

We spent 1 year to R&D the formulae for the detergent with the help of laundry specialist. The detergent in the transparent film is ultra concentrated, unlike the traditional liquid detergent you found in supermarket. ONE Laundry Capsules actually gets deep into tight-knit fabrics to remove odours and stains caused by bacteria. Plus, as it dries, it leaves an invisible shield behind to protect your fabrics, so they last longer, smell fresher, and perform at their best.

Can I hand wash my clothes with ONE Laundry Capsules?

We would not recommend using ONE laundry capsule for hand wash clothes. As hand wash clothes is usually in very small load, it might take more washing cycle to fully wash away the detergent, therefore, more water wastage will be incur.

How long does ONE Purifying Bag last?

Fragrance can last up to 3 months depending on the area you put in.

Can I still use the ONE Purifying Bag after the scent is gone?

Yes! You can continue to use it, just place them where air can circulate refreshes them again

Can I store hot water in ONE HydroKeg?

No, you can only store up to 70 degree celsius water (warm water)

What is the purpose of the neoprene sleeve?

Can I wash my ONE Deodorizer Bag?

No! What makes it so special is its ability to absorb moisture and neutralise odour (infused with ONE’s fresh scent). With its moso bamboo charcoal and mineral, it is extremely porous with millions of tiny pores and cavities. Through these millions of pores, the charcoal attracts and stores particles from the air. Moso bamboo charcoal has ten times more surface area and is four times stronger in its absorption rate. This means the Deodorizer Bag is able to absorb a lot of moisture without ever feeling saturated or wet. Just recharge under the sun every 1-2 month to restore the effect and you are good to go

Since I can't wash it, how do I clean it if it's dirty?

No, all ONE Deodorizer Bag has the same scent that is specially customised with a fresh scent, boosting the vigour feeling.

Is this bag waterproof?

The ONE Deodorizer Bag features water-resistant outer layer materials, so you can set it down in a wet bottom boat and no water will pass through the bottom or sides. Just note that it has an open top design, so water can enter and exit through this large opening.

Do I still need to wash my sweat-stain apparel after taking out from ONE Deodorizer Bag?
